April 25th, 2006 :: “Ordinary Bicycle Robot”
Two of my favorite things are robots (of course) and bicycles. I’m suprised it’s taken me this long to combine the two.
Do you think this design would make a nice t-shirt? Do you think it would make an awful t-shirt but perhaps there’s another design that you might like? What sort of bikes are you into BT ? cycling old bikes is one of my hobbies, my favourite bike is my 1958 custom moulton.
I like all bikes pretty much. I’m a long-time fan of old Schwinns, but right now, I’ve only got one bike, my baby, Crusher, a Surly Cross-Check. It takes me everywhere I need to be.
It would be tremendous if you could make these robots into figurines. I’d buy them for sure. The buttons are good also though.
p.s. I just bought this old French bike called a Motobecane. It’s fast as hell although I fell sort of like a traitor.
BT here’s mine full suspension 1958 moulton deluxe with internal hub gears and front dynamo eletric hub.
That is a sweet ride, Rob. I haven’t seen too many Moultons before, but I’ve always dug their unique frame.

I love this robot. I’m a sucker for robots with moustaches. Especially if they’re old-timey.
