This is probably my favorite panel of Baby Otto so far. There’s just something about a tiny, tired little boy being frightened by the oblivious, ranting ghost of an ex-president that makes me chuckle.

Poor little Otto. I think you are sort of mean to him.His little hand coming up out of the filthy Willamette, and the fact that he is blowing geyser spouts of Willamette water– when JUST THIS WEEK they told us not to drink the water or go swimming in it because of sewage (raw) dumping in to it.

Oh, Otto will be fine I think. (well for about 7 and a half more months at least) The Willamette was much cleaner in 1900.
