Spokane Comicon 07 Review
A few members of the RCC, including yours truly, travelled up to Spokane, Washington for the inagural Spokane Comicon. We had a great time and got to introduce more folks than we expected to the RCC. Big thanks go to Nathan O’Brien, the coordinator, for doing an awesome job putting the whole show together. We definitely plan on heading back next year, although I personally would like to see a few more creators show up to sell their stuff, as opposed to the larger amount of comic and collectible vendors that were also at the show. Here are some pictures!

We also debuted two books at the Spokane show: Creation, our 48-page anthology, the RCC’s first group release. It features a story from each of the collective’s 11 founding members. We are already down to only three two one copy left of the first run, a limited edition (25) version with a 3-color, hand-pulled, screen printed cover. If you happen to be in the Portland, Oregon metro area, copies are also available at Reading Frenzy, Floating World Comics, and Karen’s Comics. A larger, non-screened run will be produced upon the sale of the first edition. The other book is Maddison Bond’s The Occult Collection, a 12-page illustrated book that follows the adventures of a nameless protagonist through an H.P. Lovecraft inspired world. Both books are currently available in the RCC Store.

Much love guys. It was a great first show and I would love to have you all back next year.
